Fashion’s fastest-rising creators

The Influ 100 is not a follower ranking. Follower count plays no part in the order. A chart sorted by audience size would be a list of celebrities and would say nothing about who is moving now. This one ranks momentum.

1. Rising across every subcategory. First come the creators with the highest composite velocity percentile across all of fashion Instagram: how fast their engagement is compounding against their own history, among creators rescored in the last 30 days.

2. Then rising momentum. The rest of the 100 comes from creators whose momentum reads Breakout, then Surging, then Rising, ordered by lifecycle phase (Emerging before Growing) and then by Influ creator score. Creators in a declining phase never qualify.

3. Balanced across niches. No subcategory can take more than 20 places. A streetwear score and a luxury score are not on one absolute scale; momentum is the signal that compares fairly.

4. Score delta is the change in Influ creator score since the previous monthly edition. “New” marks a creator who was not in it.

5. Health gate. The chart only publishes while the scoring pipeline is healthy (creator and media scores refreshed within the last six hours) and at least 50 creators qualify. Otherwise it pauses rather than show a noisy ranking.

Only eligible public creators appear, and a creator who opts out is removed from the live chart and from every archived edition. The live chart re-ranks continuously; each month a snapshot is frozen as a permanent edition.
