This matte rum raisin-ish lip feels so on time again, especially as fall is getting real. I think the biggest difference in approach is juxtaposing the matte lip with a bit of a glowier complexion rather than the all over matte of the era. What do you think? Products @rmsbeauty highlighter SPF…
